The Best Beet Juice Recipe for Blood Pressure & Inflammation

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium-sized beets (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 medium cucumber (optional, for hydration)
  • 2 large carrots (peeled)
  • 1 apple (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 inch of fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory)
  • ½ lemon (for detox and flavor)

Instructions:
