Garlic Foot Soak for Fungal Infections

Ingredients:

  • 10-15 cloves of fresh garlic
  • 4 cups of warm water
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (optional, for added antifungal properties)
  • A basin or foot bath

Instructions:

  1. Crush the Garlic: Crush or chop the garlic cloves to release their natural compounds. You can leave the garlic in large chunks or mince it finely, depending on your preference.
  2. Prepare the Water: Heat 4 cups of water until it’s warm but comfortable enough to soak your feet. You don’t want it too hot, as it may damage your skin.
  3. Add Garlic to Water: Place the crushed garlic in the warm water and let it steep for about 10 minutes. You can also add the apple cider vinegar at this point for an added antifungal boost.
  4. Soak Your Feet: Place your feet in the basin and soak them for 20-30 minutes. The garlic’s natural antifungal compounds (like allicin) will help combat the fungal infection.
  5. Dry Thoroughly: After soaking, dry your feet completely, especially between the toes, as moisture can promote fungal growth.
  6. Repeat Daily: For best results, repeat this foot soak daily until the fungal infection improves.

Tip: You can also apply garlic oil or crushed garlic directly to the affected area, but be cautious as garlic can be quite potent and may cause skin irritation in some people.

This natural remedy, combined with proper foot hygiene, can help in fighting fungal infections.
