Cold Pasta Salad Recipe with Tuna
Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta (such as rotini, penne, or bow-tie)
- 1 can (5 oz or 140 g) tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
- Prepare the Dressing:
