    • 1 tablespoon of argan oil
  5. Honey:
    • 1 tablespoon of organic honey
  6. Essential Oil (Optional):
    • A few drops of lavender or rosemary essential oil for fragrance

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rice Water:
    • Rinse the uncooked white rice thoroughly to remove any impurities.
    • Place the rice in a bowl and add 2 cups of water.
    • Let it soak for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    • Strain the rice, reserving the water. The rice water should be slightly cloudy.
  2. Combine Ingredients:
    • In a blender, add the reserved rice water, coconut milk, fresh aloe vera gel, argan oil, and organic honey.
    • Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
    • If desired, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil for fragrance and blend again.
  3. Application:
    • Start with clean, damp hair.
    • Section your hair into manageable parts.
    • Apply the keratin mixture generously from the roots to the tips, ensuring each strand is well-coated.
    • Comb through your hair with a wide-toothed comb to distribute the mixture evenly.
  4. Leave It On:
    • Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap.
    • Leave the treatment on for at least 1 to 2 hours to allow the nutrients to penetrate the hair shaft.
  5. Rinse and Dry:
    • Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, ensuring all the mixture is removed.
    • Gently towel-dry your hair, then allow it to air dry or blow-dry on a cool setting for best results.

Tips:

  • For best results, use this treatment once a week.
  • Store any leftover mixture in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Consistent use will help to improve the texture and health of your hair over time.
