Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Amla powder: Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, promotes hair growth and darkens hair.
  • 1 tablespoon Brahmi powder: Strengthens hair roots and prevents hair loss.
  • 1 tablespoon Bhringraj powder: Known as the “King of Herbs” for hair, helps with hair growth and darkening.
  • 1 tablespoon Hibiscus powder: Conditions hair and supports natural darkening.

  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil: Nourishes and strengthens hair.
  • 1 tablespoon Aloe Vera gel: Hydrates and soothes the scalp.

  • A few drops of Rosemary essential oil (optional): Stimulates hair follicles and adds a pleasant scent.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Black Tea:
    • Brew a strong cup of black tea by steeping 1 tablespoon of black tea leaves in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Let it cool.

  5. Application:
    • Divide your hair into sections. Using a brush or your hands, apply the mask from the roots to the tips, ensuring even coverage.
    • Gently massage your scalp for a few minutes to stimulate blood circulation and enhance absorption.

  7. Rinse and Wash:
    • Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shampoo and condition as usual.
  8. Frequency:
    • For best results, use this mask once a week. Consistent use over a few months can lead to noticeable changes in hair thickness and color.

Tips:
