- 4 medium-sized beetroots
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:
- Prepare the Beetroots:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the beetroots. Cut them into bite-sized cubes.

- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
