Onion Home Remedy for Cracked Heels

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Warm water
  • A pumice stone or foot file
  • A pair of socks

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Onion Paste:
    • Peel the onion and chop it into small pieces.
    • Using a blender or a mortar and pestle, grind the onion into a fine paste.
  2. Mix the Ingredients:
    • In a small bowl, combine the onion paste, coconut oil, honey, and lemon juice.
    • Mix well until you have a smooth, consistent paste.
  3. Soak Your Feet:
    • Fill a basin with warm water and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes to soften the skin.
    • Pat your feet dry with a clean towel.
  4. Apply the Onion Mixture:
    • Take a generous amount of the onion mixture and apply it to your cracked heels.
    • Gently massage the mixture into your skin, focusing on the most affected areas.
    • Leave the mixture on your feet for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Rinse and Exfoliate:
