Home Remedies to Get Rid of a Bloated Stomach

 

Ingredients:

  5. Cucumber: 1/2, sliced (Cucumber has high water content and helps flush out excess sodium)
  6. Plain Yogurt: 1/2 cup (Contains probiotics that aid digestion and balance gut bacteria)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Peppermint Tea:
    • Boil water and pour it over a peppermint tea bag or a handful of fresh peppermint leaves.
    • Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, then remove the tea bag or strain out the leaves.

  2. Make Ginger Infusion:
    • Place sliced ginger root in a cup of boiling water.
