Lemon and Egg Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 fresh egg (preferably organic)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Egg:
    • Take the fresh egg and place it in a clean glass or jar. Do not crack the egg; leave it whole with the shell intact.
  2. Add the Lemon Juice:
    • Squeeze the juice of one fresh lemon over the egg, ensuring that the egg is completely submerged in the lemon juice.
  3. Soaking Process:
    • Cover the glass or jar with a lid or plastic wrap, and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 24 to 48 hours.
    • During this time, the acidic lemon juice will begin to dissolve the calcium-rich eggshell, infusing the lemon juice with calcium and other minerals.
  4. Check the Mixture:
    • After the soaking period, check the egg. The shell should be partially dissolved, leaving a thin membrane around the egg white and yolk.
  5. Mix the Ingredients:
    • Carefully remove the egg from the glass, discard the membrane, and mix the lemon-infused liquid thoroughly.
    • Optional: You can also break the egg and mix it with the lemon juice for a more potent remedy.

Uses:

  • Internal Health Boost:
    • This mixture is often consumed as a tonic for its potential health benefits, including supporting bone health due to the calcium content. Take a tablespoon of the mixture on an empty stomach, but consult a healthcare professional first.
  • Topical Application:
    • The mixture can be applied to skin areas with minor cuts or bruises for its potential soothing and healing effects.
  • Hair and Nail Strengthener:
    • Apply the mixture to your hair or nails to strengthen and nourish them. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing off.

Note:

  • This remedy is based on traditional practices and should be used with caution. It’s always best to consult with a healthcare provider before trying new remedies, especially for internal use.
