Banana Peel Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 2 banana peels (from ripe bananas), thoroughly washed
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small carrot, julienned

Instructions:
