Creamy Apple Milk Dessert (5-Minute Recipe)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon or cardamom (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the Milk: In a small saucepan, bring 1 cup of milk to a boil over medium heat. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Prepare the Apple: While the milk is heating, peel and chop the apple into small bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add Apple to Milk: Once the milk starts boiling, add the chopped apple directly into the pot.
  4. Simmer: Reduce the heat and simmer the apple in the milk for 3-4 minutes. The apple will soften and release some of its natural sweetness into the milk.
  5. Add Flavorings (Optional): If you’d like a sweeter and more flavorful dish, stir in sugar or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon or cardamom. Mix well.
  6. Serve: Pour into a bowl or mug and enjoy warm!

This dessert is creamy, slightly sweet, and infused with the subtle flavor of the cooked apple. It’s a comforting and quick treat!
