Carrot Walnut Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 eggs
1.5 cups granulated sugar (225 g)
1 cup milk (200 ml)
1 cup oil (200 ml)
2.5 cups all-purpose flour (300 g)
2 packets baking powder (20 g)
1 packet vanilla sugar or 5 g vanilla extract
2 cups grated carrots
1 cup walnuts, chopped (slightly less than a full cup)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish or round cake pan.
Prepare the Wet Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until pale and fluffy.
Add the milk and oil, and mix until combined.
Mix in the Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
