Ingredients:
- 4-5 dried bay leaves
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- A slice of lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Boil the Water
 In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the Bay Leaves
 Once the water is boiling, add the bay leaves. Let the leaves simmer in the boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Steep
 After boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pan. Let the bay leaves steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain
