Ingredients:
- 2 medium beetroot, peeled and grated
- 2 large carrots, peeled and grated
- 1/4 green cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 red cabbage, shredded

- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the vegetables: Grate the beetroot and carrots. Shred the green and red cabbage.
