Carrot-Banana Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/2 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup cold water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger (optional, for a zesty kick)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces for easier blending.
    • Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
  2. Blend:
    • In a blender, combine the chopped carrots, banana, orange juice, and cold water.
    • Add fresh ginger and honey if desired.
  3. Blend until smooth:
    • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
    • If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more water or orange juice.
  4. Strain (optional):
    • You can strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture without the carrot pulp.
  5. Serve:
    • Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes (if using) and enjoy!

This juice is packed with vitamin A from the carrots and potassium from the banana, making it a great option for a refreshing and healthy
