Cinnamon Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 slice of lemon (optional)
  • A small piece of ginger (optional, for an extra kick)

Instructions:

  1. Boil the water: In a small pot or kettle, bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  2. Add cinnamon: Place the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) in a cup. If using a cinnamon stick, lightly break it into smaller pieces to release more flavor.
  3. Steep the cinnamon: Pour the hot water over the cinnamon. Let it steep for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
  4. Optional add-ins: You can add a slice of lemon or ginger for extra flavor. Stir in honey if you’d like it sweetened.
  5. Strain and enjoy: If you used a cinnamon stick, strain the tea before drinking. Otherwise, just sip and enjoy!
