Eggshell Calcium Powder Recipe

Ingredients:

12 eggshells (organic, from pastured eggs if possible)
Instructions:

Clean the eggshells:

Gently wash the eggshells under warm water, making sure to remove any egg whites or yolk residue. Do not use soap.
Let them air-dry completely.
Boil the eggshells:

Place the cleaned eggshells in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes to sanitize them.
Drain and let them dry completely
