Ginger Tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • Lemon wedge (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water and reduce the heat to a simmer.
  3. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Strain the tea into a cup.
