Guava Leaf Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
10 fresh guava leaves (washed thoroughly)
4 cups of water
1-2 teaspoons of honey (optional, for sweetness)
1 slice of lemon (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Prepare the Guava Leaves: Wash the guava leaves under running water to remove any dirt or residue.

Boil Water: In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

Add the Guava Leaves: Once the water is boiling, add the guava leaves to the saucepan. Reduce the heat to low and let the leaves simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the Tea: After simmering, remove the saucepan from the heat and strain the tea into a cup or teapot, discarding the guava leaves.

Sweeten & Flavor (Optional): If you prefer a sweeter tea, stir in 1-2 teaspoons of honey. You can also add a slice of lemon for a hint of citrus flavor.

Serve: Enjoy your guava leaf tea warm or let it cool down to room temperature and serve it over ice for a refreshing cold version.
