Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rice (rich in antioxidants and moisturizes skin)
  • 1 tbsp honey (a natural humectant that locks in moisture)
  • 1 tbsp milk (for gentle exfoliation and brightening)
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder (high in antioxidants, reduces inflammation)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rice: Boil the rice in 1 cup of water until soft, then strain and set aside the rice water.
  2. Create the Mask Base: Mash the cooked rice to a paste. Add honey and milk, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add Matcha: Mix in the matcha green tea powder to boost the antioxidant properties.
  4. Apply: Gently apply the mask to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Rinse: Wash off the mask with the reserved rice water for added nourishment. Pat dry with a soft towel.
