Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric if available)
- 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 liter of water
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Grate or finely chop the ginger.
- Cut the lemons in half and juice them, removing any seeds.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a medium saucepan, add the water and bring it to a light boil.
- Once boiling, add the chopped onion, garlic, and ginger to the water.
- Lower the heat to a simmer and let it cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add Spices:
- After 10 minutes, add the turmeric and black pepper.
- Stir the mixture well to combine the spices.
- Cool and Add Lemon Juice and Honey:
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly (about 5–10 minutes).
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey after cooling down to preserve their raw benefits.
- Strain and Store:
- Strain the mixture into a glass jar or bottle and discard the solid pieces.
- Let it cool completely before sealing the container.

- Take one tablespoon daily on an empty stomach or before meals for best results.
