Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tea tree oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cleanse the Area: Wash your hands or feet thoroughly with warm water and soap. Pat them dry completely, as fungus thrives in moist environments.
  2. Prepare the Mixture:
    • In a small bowl, mix the coconut oil (which has antifungal properties) with the apple cider vinegar.
    • Add tea tree oil and lavender oil (optional for a soothing scent) into the mixture.
    • Add baking soda and stir until you form a smooth paste.
  3. Application:

    • Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the ingredients to penetrate.
  4. Rinse and Dry:
