Instructions:
- Prepare the Rice Water:
- Rinse the uncooked white rice thoroughly to remove any impurities.
- Place the rice in a bowl and add 2 cups of water.
- Let it soak for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the rice, reserving the water. The rice water should be slightly cloudy.
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a blender, add the reserved rice water, coconut milk, fresh aloe vera gel, argan oil, and organic honey.
- Blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- If desired, add a few drops of your chosen essential oil for fragrance and blend again.
- Application:
- Start with clean, damp hair.
- Section your hair into manageable parts.
- Apply the keratin mixture generously from the roots to the tips, ensuring each strand is well-coated.
- Comb through your hair with a wide-toothed comb to distribute the mixture evenly.
- Leave It On:
- Cover your hair with a shower cap or plastic wrap.
- Leave the treatment on for at least 1 to 2 hours to allow the nutrients to penetrate the hair shaft.
- Rinse and Dry:
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water, ensuring all the mixture is removed.
- Gently towel-dry your hair, then allow it to air dry or blow-dry on a cool setting for best results.
