Super Effective Fly Trap

Yields: One fly trap Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• 1 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon dish soap
• Clear plastic container (like a soda bottle)

Instructions:

1. Create a funnel: Cut the top of the plastic bottle off, invert it, and insert it into the bottom half. Secure it with tape if necessary.
2. Mix the bait: In a bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, sugar, and dish soap. Stir well.
3. Pour the bait: Pour the mixture into the bottom half of the bottle.
4. Set the trap: Place the trap in an area with high fly activity. The flies will be attracted to the sweet smell, enter the bottle, and be unable to escape due to the soapy water.

Tips:

• For extra effectiveness, add a piece of overripe fruit to the trap.
• Change the bait every few days for optimal results.
• Place the trap outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.
