- Dried Apricots: 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Dried Cranberries: 40 g (1.4 oz)
Instructions:
- Prep the Nuts and Seeds: Roughly chop the almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds. You can adjust the sizes according to your preference, but aim for a mix of small and larger pieces for texture.
- Process the Fruits: In a food processor, combine the dates, dried apricots, and dried cranberries. Process until they form a sticky paste. If needed, add a splash of water to help with processing.
- Mix Ingredients: Transfer the fruit paste to a large mixing bowl. Add the chopped nuts and seeds. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
