### Tea Masala Recipe ☕☕

**Ingredients:**
– Dried ginger: 100g
– Cardamom: 50g
– Black pepper: 50g
– Cinnamon: 25g
– Cloves (long): 25g
– Fennel seeds: 25g
– Nutmeg powder: ½ tsp
– Basil leaves (Tulsi leaves): 10-12 leaves
– Dry rose petals (optional)

**Method:**
1. **Prepare the Ginger**: Cut the dried ginger into small pieces.
2. **Roast the Ginger**: Heat a pan on medium flame and dry roast the ginger pieces until they become crisp and lose their moisture. Once done, transfer them to a plate to cool down.
3. **Roast the Other Spices**: In the same pan, add the cloves, black pepper, and cardamom. Stir and roast for a minute.
4. **Add Cinnamon and Fennel**: Now, add the cinnamon and fennel seeds. Continue roasting for another minute.
5. **Add Basil and Rose Petals**: Finally, add the basil leaves and rose petals (if using). Roast all the spices for one more minute, then turn off the gas.
6. **Cool the Spices**: Immediately spread the roasted spices on a plate and allow them to cool completely.
7. **Grind the Spices**: Once the spices are cooled, place them in a mixer jar and grind them into a fine powder.
8. **Mix in Nutmeg**: After grinding the spices, add the nutmeg powder and blend once more to ensure all spices are well-mixed.
9. **Store and Use**: Store your tea masala powder in an airtight container. Use ¼ to ½ tsp of the masala powder per cup of tea, depending on your preference.

Enjoy your aromatic, homemade tea masala!
