  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup raw pine nuts or walnuts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • Zest and juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons water for desired consistency

Instructions:
